How Leadsize uses cookies, browser storage and essential session technologies.

Current position. Leadsize does not currently rely on advertising cookies in the supplied application code. The app does use browser local storage and essential session mechanisms for login, workspace state, preferences and OAuth security.

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small values that a website can store through a browser. Browser local storage is a related technology that allows a site to keep values on the device between page loads. Leadsize may use both where necessary to make the website and application work securely and consistently.

2. What Leadsize currently uses

Authentication storageThe Leadsize app stores authentication/session information in browser local storage so a signed-in user can remain authenticated and the app can make authorised requests.

Workspace stateLocal storage may hold workspace identifiers/settings needed to restore the active workspace and agency preferences.

Interface preferencesLocal storage may remember UI choices such as sidebar pinning and locally saved reply/interface state.

OAuth security sessionWhen connecting Gmail, the server uses a temporary session to store protected OAuth state so the callback can be checked against the connection request.

3. Essential vs non-essential technologies

The technologies described above are used for authentication, security, requested integrations, workspace operation and user preferences. They are not used by Leadsize for third-party behavioural advertising.

If Leadsize later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are used where consent is required.

4. Managing browser storage

You can clear cookies and local storage using your browser controls. Doing so may sign you out, reset preferences, remove saved workspace state or require integrations to be started again.

5. Third-party services

Google, Microsoft, Supabase or other providers involved in authentication or integrations may set or use their own cookies or browser storage when you interact directly with their services. Their use of those technologies is governed by their own policies.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when the website, analytics setup or application storage changes.
