Preview status. Leadsize is currently being prepared for public availability. These Terms are drafted for the current service structure and should be reviewed again before paid subscriptions are enabled.

1. The Service

Leadsize is a business software service designed to help estate-agency teams bring incoming enquiries into a shared workspace, prioritise work, make ownership visible, track waiting time and manage replies through supported connected inboxes.

2. Business use and authority

You may use Leadsize only for lawful business purposes. If you create or connect a workspace on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so. Only authorised users should connect a company inbox or access customer enquiry data.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, controlling workspace membership and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information and must not attempt to access another organisation’s workspace or data.

4. Connected email accounts

When you choose to connect Gmail or Microsoft 365, you authorise Leadsize to access the mailbox data required for the features you enable, including importing relevant messages, maintaining conversation context and supporting replies through the connected account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your organisation is permitted to connect the mailbox and process the personal data contained in it. You may revoke provider access or request disconnection.

5. Customer and enquiry data

Your organisation remains responsible for deciding why customer enquiry data is collected and used and for giving any notices or obtaining any permissions required by law. Leadsize processes that information to provide the Service on your organisation’s instructions.

You must not use Leadsize to send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive messages, abusive content or messages that violate Google, Microsoft or other provider rules.

6. Acceptable use

7. Third-party services

Leadsize interoperates with third-party services such as Google, Microsoft and infrastructure providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Leadsize is not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those providers.

8. Preview, availability and changes

Until Leadsize is publicly launched, preview functionality may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn while the product is developed and tested. We may modify features, interfaces and integrations where reasonably necessary to improve, secure or maintain the Service.

9. Fees and subscriptions

Where paid plans are introduced, the applicable price, billing period, trial terms and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. No paid subscription is created merely by viewing this website or using a private preview unless an order or checkout expressly states otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

Leadsize and its software, interface, branding and original materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. These Terms give you a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of Leadsize technology to you.

You retain rights in the data and materials your organisation lawfully provides to the Service.

11. Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public business information received from the other and use it only for the purposes of the Service, except where disclosure is authorised or legally required.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to security risks or address a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and may request account or workspace closure by contacting us.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Leadsize is a workflow tool and does not guarantee that an enquiry will convert into a transaction, that a customer will respond, or that any particular commercial outcome will occur.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leadsize is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities caused by factors outside Leadsize’s reasonable control, or failures of third-party email, hosting or platform services.

Any specific financial liability cap for paid subscriptions should be stated in the commercial terms presented when paid plans launch.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Leadsize handles personal data, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 data.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Leadsize develops. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date. Where required, material changes will be brought to users’ attention.
